I had a wonderful stay at The Buke Hotel and was truly satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and I especially want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Oya. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference and added a personal touch to the service. The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety to choose from. Overall, I’m very thankful for the hospitality and care provided by everyone at The Buke Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable I had small rooms but the next day they changed for me. the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, they are always smiling. Please buke give your staff awards! Especially Nargas and Tolga. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Hotel was in the downtown near everything, 5 min to metro, 2 mins to bus station, near a good mall, different stores. Breakfast was repeated but It was ok with me because it was delicious. Whenever they feel I am tired, they over me a free coffee (IKRAMYA) Definitely I will stay in buke again.

I liked the hotel very much, I am satisfied that I chose the Buke Hotel from among many options. I was with my family. I had taken a family suite room, but the hotel made an upgrade and we were in a corner family connecting room. It was really nice for me and comfortable for children. Coffee, tea, water were provided in the room every day and also cleaned every day. Breakfast is also very good. Based on some comments I was expecting bad, but it wasn't really bad, we liked it and had a delicious breakfast. The staff was very attentive and smiling. Not to mention the location, 5 minutes on the main street of Nisantash. There was also a metro station nearby and everything you need. Thank you very much. I will come back to your hotel again.

The entire staff was so friendly & helpful, the hotel is calm, quiet & no noise, the rooms clean & spaced enough for short stay, also the location is perfect for whom coming for shopping in that area, its in the centre & near in all directions.

This is a good choice if you want weather a shopping or any travel as located in center of them in Istanbul. All staffs are friendly and it was helpful for us their supports. If you are a Mongolian nationality we would like to stay this hotel as a Mongolian Guy works here. So, it can be fully possible his good helpful service provided by him in your original language. You can also eat what you want as the breakfast was a buffet. We recommend you come to stay. Everything was exactly as I expected. clean hotel, smiling and helpful staff. The hotel is in a very good location. Τhe breakfast was satisfactory. Our room was very big. The hotel does not have a parking lot, although they cooperate with one nearby.

Ohhh it's such an amazing Hotel i loved everything in that hotel specially Staff cleanliness started with receptionist Narjis ( i hope remembering her name right).. she is professional and giving highest level of customer service with her beautiful smile Second i want to thank the girl in the restaurant she is a true professional and very well educated and know her job ..her name Suzan . I will not forget their work easily I want to thank the whole team of Buke hotel for the amazing work they are doing there Wait for me next time Istanbul dears I want to deliver my greetings to the whole staff abd and the management team

Staff were really helpful and very attentive. Super selection at breakfast. Rooms spotless. Bedding and towels changed daily. I tram stop to Taksim Square , 2 stops to Galata Tower and Galata Port, 4 stops to Blue Mosque. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from hotel at Osmanbey.
